In other news, I got to go on mission experience. I spent a week with sisters who live in a separate convent from the motherhouse, but are still part of my community. It was so much fun, and very relaxed. I enjoyed getting to know more sisters, and I got job shadow the sisters. I cooked a meal, did homebound ministry, and even got to substitute teach for a first grade classroom one day. It was nice to get back in the classroom.
Right now, I am taking the following classes at Silver Lake College:
-Philosophy of Human Conduct
-Sacramental Theology
-Church: A Community of Faith (Ecclesiology)
-Using Humor in the Classroom
They are all very interesting.

You are *much* braver than me -- I would be so scared to ice skate on a lake!
